Christopher Miller | Strategic Advisor

Chris Miller brings a distinguished career in national security to Prescentus. He served as the Acting Secretary of Defense of the United States from November 9, 2020, to January 20, 2021, where he managed a $720 billion budget and led two million service members and 700,000 civilian employees. His leadership during a critical period in American history is underscored by his extensive experience working with foreign governments and leading U.S. and allied forces. Previously, he was confirmed by the Senate as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, playing a pivotal role in defending the U.S. against terrorist threats. With over 30 years of leadership experience, Chris is dedicated to modernizing defense strategies and advocating for service personnel, veterans, and their families.

 
 

Roosevelt Ditlevson | S​trategic Advisor

Roosevelt Ditlevson, a partner at Keshig Ltd., specializes in foreign business consulting, stakeholder engagement, political risk analysis, and capital advisory services. He formerly served as the Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict (SO/LIC), where he managed critical information dissemination and departmental coordination. His extensive background includes supporting the travel of Vice President Mike Pence as an advance associate, further demonstrating his adeptness in high-level government operations and strategic planning.
