Prescentus is excited to build on our recent announcement of two strategic advisors, Christopher Miller and Roosevelt Ditlevson, with the addition of two more esteemed advisors, Sophia Kim and Jason Hsu. With their deep expertise in national security, defense, and strategic advisory services, Sophia and Jason will further strengthen our capabilities and enhance the growth of our offerings. Sophia Kim | Strategic Advisor

Sophia Kim is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in building and managing global teams to deliver transformative solutions. Known for her strategic thinking and leadership, she has served as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies and the Federal Government, crafting strategies that balance immediate needs with long-term goals. Her expertise lies in improving operations, enhancing organizational culture, and driving growth through innovative technology integration. Currently, Sophia leads Knossos Group Global, an advisory services group focused on advancing Department of Defense operations through transformative programs and advanced technology solutions. Notably, she spearheaded the development of an AI-based risk management framework for the F-35 Joint Program Office.  Previously, Sophia served as Executive Director of the National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL), managing a consortium of over 400 organizations to support national security objectives. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, she directed global client engagements, leading merger integrations and business transformations for Fortune 500 companies across various sectors. Earlier in her career, Sophia held leadership roles at CIGNA Dental and Triad Financial, focusing on product management, marketing strategies, and process efficiency. She served as an officer in the US Army and holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from West Point.

Jason Hsu | Strategic Advisor

Jason Hsu is a distinguished expert in technology and geopolitics, currently serving as a visiting fellow at the Hudson Institute, where he leads the Indo-Pacific Technology and Geopolitics practice. He also advises Liquid AI, Run Safe Cybersecurity, Rhombus Power, and the American Frontier Fund on policy and international partnerships. From 2016 to 2020, Hsu was a Legislator At-Large in Taiwan’s Legislative Yuan, focusing on defense, technology, trade, and foreign policy. He initiated key legislation, including the FinTech Regulatory Sandbox Act, Cybersecurity Management Act, and the Artificial Intelligence Development Act. A strong advocate for social progress, he co-led efforts to pass the Same-Sex Marriage Act and the End-of-Life Dignity Act. Hsu's academic background includes being an Edward Mason Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, where he researched semiconductor policy and geopolitics. He has held visiting scholar positions at Yale Law School's Paul Tsai China Center, leading research on Taiwan Strait contingency planning. His insights on tech and geopolitics have been featured in outlets like the New York Times, CNN, and Bloomberg. Hsu has lectured at prestigious institutions such as Yale, Stanford, and UC Berkeley. His work on the Indo-Pacific Technology Security Alliance was recognized in the U.S. Congressional Record for its inclusion in significant legislation. Jason Hsu holds a master's degree in public administration from Harvard Kennedy School and is an Eisenhower Fellow. He has participated in the Draper Hills Summer Fellows program at Stanford and the U.S. State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program.
