A lawyer by profession, Howard has deep managerial experience on both the legal and business sides of the electronic payments space, which he uses to help clients structure payment strategies, find strategic partners, and evaluate opportunities.

    Al specializes in international trade, national security, and government investigations, providing strategic counsel to clients in the commercial and defense sectors. With over 30 years of federal government service, Al has advised senior leaders in the U.S. Army, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and Department of Defense.     Jason Hsu, a visiting fellow at the Hudson Institute, leads the Indo-Pacific Technology and Geopolitics practice.     Will has extensive knowledge of US defense and foreign policy, backed by over a decade of experience in Congress and the UK’s Washington Embassy. He managed Congressional engagement for the British Embassy on critical issues such as AUKUS, export controls, and shipbuilding. On Capitol Hill, he spent seven years in the Senate focusing on defense, foreign affairs, and trade policy.     With a background in international agreement negotiation, cyber and operational military law, Danielle provides clients in the financial services and technology industries with independent legal and advisory services on corporate, national security, data privacy, and technology matters.
